Lexus Drivers website---problems
I've tried for a week to access my account on Lexus drivers website with no luck. I've called customer service three times and being told the website has been up & down for 2 weeks. As suggested, I've changed my password numerous times and still denied access. All of my service/maintenance records (4 pages) are stored and maintained on this website and I'm afraid of losing them.
Anyone else had any problem accessing their Lexus drivers account?

I'm sure the maintenance history for Lexus vehicles is kept on more than one server, so I wouldn't be too worried about the history being deleted. I am, however able to log into the site and see the maintenance history on both my LSs

I only joined in October, and it's always been problematic. Most of the time it will say no service records found, and upon refreshing over and over, they will appear. Keep in mind it seems from the forum, any records entered manually, do not follow the car, but follow the sign-in. I wouldn't take the website too seriously and would keep backup to what was done esp. at indies....my .02. Remember, we've proved that I can link your VIN to my login if I want, and then it will I believe disappear from your login. That's pretty insecure! lol

But you can always get it back when you re-introduce your VIN to the website.

My account login is still working and the profile with the 3 cars is correct but the service history for any of them is not displaying..... Something changed....
But if you go in through a different web page the information is there....

point is Lexus doesn't take the website too seriously, having a car linked to your profile doesn't indicate it's your car. No need to be too surprised if the site isn't working, just keep your records secured for yourself, scan them, spreadsheet, etc is my suggestion
I've been using the Lexus service history for my car since 2007 and it has every single service done by my dealer and the home repairs I have entered. Not a problem and a great service as far as I'm concerned.
The refresh on the website seems to have created problems of its own and has been stuttering and stammering now for awhile. Hopefully the folks that run it will get this issue straightened out.
I had the same problem.
here is the situation, and it affects your subscription to Enform Remote as well.
if you do not access the site there is no issue with Enform Remote, but as soon as you access the site there is a pop-up that requests you change your username to your email address, once you do this your username no longer works. I didn't notice the pop-up, I just clicked OK and moved on, this is where my problems began, I did not know I just converted my username to my email that was on file.
I called and it took a bit to get it squared away, but apparently Lexus made a change that no longer allows just a user name, it has to be an email address, previously my username was just my first and last name, now it is my email address.. Right after getting this fixed I could no longer log into the Enform Remote App with my username, once I plugged in my email address everything went back to working.

I do not have any issue logging in but I used my email.
I would like to update my own service records although and perhaps I need to do that from a pc as the phone app does not seem to have any way of adding new data? If this is not the case and a phone will work... How is this done?
Thanks,
Doug k

Agreed. Lexus - as you say - doesn't take this website too seriously. This is more of an owners site that allows new owners to transfer the vehicles info to their own identity on the website. It unfortunately allows a certain amount of confusion by doing this but overall I suspect most owners of Lexus vehicles would stay above the fray and behave themselves. I would also suspect that Lexus dealers and corporate do maintain data on the vehicles as long as they come in contact with dealers that have the ability to input new data. Indy's will not have this availability so then its up to the owners to input the new data.

On Lexus drivers, some say they've never had problems. This is because they don't look at it as closely as the people who have problems. I'm just trying to say, if you show that your car has no service records, don't worry. I've seen that message many times, they haven't been erased, they're just indicative of a problematic design. And I would always keep some other sort of backup to the records, don't rely on the website.
