Hi I just had this problem happened to me first time after 6 years of driving my SC430, and I AM NOT paying freaking $830 for lexus dealership to fix it for me either, i read somewhere that you can disconnect the battery, I went to a car shop that is nice enough to disconnect the battery for me and after 10 minutes of disconnecting, it works!!!! I tried all other way and it didn't work (such as getting jammed CD out, turning on and off on stereo), the car place taught me to disconnect the positive side (i watched him did it), this should works. However, after battery reconnecting, the car seat memory got erase and I couldn't set it up again, I'll just get lexus to fix it for me for free when I go back for recall next time
You may have to re-calibrate your seat ECU. If it loses the maximum forward and reverse positions, it will not allow you to set the locations again until after it is re-calibrated. (Re-calibrating is a fairly simple procedure. It is documented in the forum, maybe even in the manual but I'm not sure.)

To recalibrate your seats memory, I believe you need to power slide the seat all the way forward till it stops moving then all the way backward till it stops, then you should be able to set your memory seats.
Ha!!
Smack it!! Like WWE Monday Smackdown, Ironically I tried it on a Monday night and it worked.
I think trying it on a Monday is what made it work.
(wink-wink)
I don't like the CD changer, nothing but trouble. Gosh, I don't even listen to the CDs, I use Iphone music player or youtube. If I must listen to the CD, I just load a single.

yeah, same here, I don't use the CD neither, but for those that need to get the CD's out and might want to use the CD player, the smack on the side worked.
I use the aux set up to listen to Pandora or YouTube etc.
