Default PPE Headers

I will be purchasing some headers for my 2003 Lexus SC430. Does anyone have any thoughts on this purchase?

I know he wanted 750 for them shipped much better made from stainless steel and no rust. ask for a good deal on them and you will take them.

^^^^Mild steel headers properly coated with ceramic coating does not rust. I have PPE headers on my ISF. What headers do you have installed?

I have the PPE headers from last year's group buy and I love em ... Be careful to grind off the edges of the steering knuckle or it will grad in a fast rt. hand turn.

I thought they updated the headers to include a notch for that now. And if anyone has a spare set, please let me know

I love my set.....teamed up with a WR cold intake, PPE headers, Megan downpipe, Magnaflow cats, and Magnaflow catback for a full system.

You will have to lift the engine in order to do the install.....a real PIA.

Default PP Header replace

I am not able to change the headers myself, but am very much interested to get them changed, has anyone used a shop to get them changed? How much have you been charged?
As my '02 shows signs of the engine mounts going, could these jobs be combined?

Thanks

Bacardi

what makes the Megan mounts superior? I like the company I have their cat-back exhaust.

Megan Racing use a Hard Rubber/Poly much stronger then rubber motor mounts.

I want the PPE headers so bad but they're so hard to install.

Is there a way around lifting the engine?
