PPE Headers
After a one-month follow up, I began to notice a rubbing issue on right hand turns as previously noted by SlvBullet. For me personally, it happens on slow, sharp right turns only.
I havn't posted a video of the exhaust note with the headers, but I'll try to do so asap.

Its the sharp turn - grind a bit off the edges of the steering knuckle and you should be fine.
There are no issues with these headers. No check engine lights, or valve clicking. It will be a little louder, but not much if you retain your stock cats.
Install isn't too bad, about 8 hours is all it will take with a lift and the proper tools. The hardest part is getting the factory heat shields out. Install is simple.

The post was from Jul 2014 — he must’ve had a heck of a time removing those heat shields as mentioned, but afterwards sounds like it went fairly easy and less time consuming.
Yeah I guess so hahaha. I just cant imagine it taking that long to remove headers even with difficulty removing the heat shield. Been debating getting the headers but if it takes them 8 hours with a lift itd take me a lot longer than that
