Default Amplifier dimensions

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the factory amp in a 2005 Lexus SC 430. I'm looking to replace it with a five channel and was wondering about the fit.

Also, would disconnecting the amp stop anything else in the vehicle from working?

Thanks

you dont need a capacitor, just make sure you have at least 4 gauge power and ground wires and do the big 3.
