Default Convert SC to 2 seater

I'm new to the SC forum. Looking to buy one but don't necessarily like or wil use the back seats. I have a couple of questions - One, has anyone removed them, if so what did you cover the space with; and two, after you removed the seats could you reposition the front seat tracks. I'm asking because I am tall and sat into a SC and felt cramped.

One alternative is the rear seat shelf concept... if you follow the link in my signature block there are photos of it.

The design of the rear seat really doesn't offer much additional space. If you go to this thread I posted (POST #92) a PDF - DIY for rear seat removal: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...he-test-7.html If you look closely at the third photo you can see the seat track and rear seat shelf...you may gain a few inches, but this may lead to problems with the seat belt anchor.

With the top down that rear seat has provided crucial hauling space. Great for an extra bag or two when traveling.

Gamma's set up is worth the money. you will pay almost that much without subs and amps. thats a great setup. if i didnt already do mine and the color was black i would have been all over it.
