Unhappy Attack from the Sky

It was a beautiful, sun drenched day near Seattle so we were cruising in the countryside with the top down. I saw a crow flying across us and then heard a raucous "caw." The infernal creature was celebrating its precision drop of a blackberry from its beak into the car. The entire back seat area was now splattered with dark blue berry juice. The thing had hit the rear of my head rest and then disintegrated on the rear seat. Thankfully, some cleaning supplies were had within minutes. Soda water, Formula 409 and ample paper towels removed the inklike mess. I guess the leather antistain protection also helped.

I really suspect that bird knew exactly what it was doing. He was awfully good at it.

That little storage box behind the center console is great for carrying a 12 gauge flare pistol. I keep mine loaded with "00" buckshot and blow those little ****ers out of the sky if they come within 50 feet of my car.

..Hey, I hear there are no birds in Greneda, you can always move there... but then you have to worry about the snakes (they ate all the birds)
