Extended warranties

Hello....

My bumper to bumper warranty on my 2005 SC430 is coming to an end. It looks quite expensive to extend through Lexus. Anybody think it's worth the extra cash?

Also: is there something I should have checked on the car before the current warranty lapses?

I just had warranty work done on my 04 GX470, main abs ecu was malfunctioning.. parts alone was over $1800.... it was covered under extended warranty(paid $2200 for 4yr/100k miles) I think you can buy lexus extended warranty if you are still under factory warranty period. and believe me lexus warranty is worth every penny and they are not expensive at all compared to third party companies out there. and SA won't give you hard time at all with LEXUS WARRANTY!! I say go for it....
