Default Removing the adhesive from trunk emblems??

The Lexus and SC430 emblems come off the trunk pretty easy with a little heat but, what is the best way to remove the adhesive left on the paint?

Thanks,
Mark (da-bizket)

WD40 , is a high detergent oil and will dissolve the glue.
Spray some in a piece of paper towel and rub gently till is all gone and then rinse with dish washing liquid and water.
Afterward you could buffet a bit.
I have done this on several of my vehicles.
Or perhaps you could ask the Lexus dealer.

Profressionals use a rotory rubber-head attachment.

I've heard of WD-40. Will that ruin the paint?

Adhesive remover from pep-boys, kragen, or any auto supply store. Usually by the polishes and waxes.
