Default removing trunk emblems

i'm planning on debadging my trunk on my GS400. can someone tell me if there are holes behind the word LEXUS and GS400? thanks in advance

Why dont you leave them on so people know you have a 400 instead of a 300? lol not to diss the other 300 guys, but I dont want people to mistake my car for a 300 :P

Goo Gone, dental floss, and many applications of compound/polish/wax.. Should be good to go..

Because it looks cleaner without emblems. The "Lexus" and the "L" are pretty redundant and having badges on each side of the trunk disrupts the clean lines of the whole rear end.

Goo gone, dental floss, heat gun, and a soft towel will do the trick (possibly claybar if your emblems have been on the car a long time like mine were (10 years lol))

just remember if ur car paint is old dont do it... youll end up painting your trunk like me =*( lol

naw with my... i used a heat gun and a debager plate that we have here at the shop but under my badges the paint was chipped all around and you can still seee the LEXUS L GS 300 lol.... so i ended up sanding the whole thing down and repainted it...

let me show u haha



you get the point...

end results lol

Ah, yeah. You can kind of see mine, but only if you're literally an inch away and looking up from the bottom up while sitting on the ground. No biggie to me because you can't see it 99% of the time. Plus, it's 10 year old paint. I was expecting a lot of buildup around the lettering, but it's no where near bad enough to need to repaint or anything like that.
