the navigation lady. Easy to turn the volume off each time I put in a destination. But is there a way to permanently turn off the audio instructions?
Or at least get her to minimize instructions, e.g. not tell me to continue/go straight on the freeway every time I pass a major exit?
Also, after lengthy search, seems no one has figured out how to automatically trigger the "I agree" button every time warning screen comes up??? Please point me to the thread if I am mistaken.

yea just hit the menu button then go on volume and hit off, it will completely shut her up, lol
but sometimes when I input new destinations the volume comes back on....
then I have to do the menu thing all over again

Well I just got off the phone with TOP QUALITY supplier Robins Brothers, and they said no one makes anything that will fit her. I guess we'll have to wait for a software trick to git'r quiet.
STIG, can you please post instructions for that tool?
Anyone got a different approach, one that involves settings?

yeh I got it. Looks like the cities are Norcal? I am in LA area.
I do a spin around the freeways or down the ocean drive near LAX, but that's about it for touring. 'sides, woman won't go for driving around for the h of it, wants the top up if threatening 60 degrees or lower. ...which I guess proves that even buying a ring won't get a woman to shut up. The woman in the passenger seat can be silenced with a blaring radio, but the navigation woman gets to turn down the radio. No wonder I hate that b____!!!!!

I bought her 22"s for her Navigator, that kept her quiet for a while... Oh you mean the actual navigation unit, sorry I can't hear it over the spousal navigation unit. I think after you are married a while you learn to turn certain sound levels out with ease.
