Programing or hack question

Is there a fix to make the top operation one touch? With so many safeties, I don't know why you could not just hold it for five seconds and let go to complete the up or down operation. You could touch it again if you wish to stop it. We have about 360 convertible days here a year and I take advantage of every one. I only have a 2.3 mile commute to work that it feels like I spend more time holding the roof button then driving.

I'll say one one word Ecru. With this light interior leaving the top down when parked would have this grey or dirt brown in a week. I park in a garage both at home and at work but with the intensity of the rain here even in the parking garage there is a lot of water (they don't really plumb the drainage very tight so alot of water sprays). I generally park it when we are out with the top down a habit I got from my previous car (Audi TT Roadster).

well there is supposedly a product that will work, but from couple of close people i know including myself? i am not recommending

I also recommend the Luxlink, but is a two touch operation from inside the car. But it is an awesone, reliable solution. You will find a lot of info if you search CL for Luxlink.
