Angry SC430 "No Disk" Message

Somebody help!

I have 3 CDs stuck in my Mark Levenson
6 disk player and It gives the mesage " no disk"
when I push the eject button.

Have you tried pressing and holding? I think that will take it into "eject all" mode.

lexus knows about this problem. when you tell the service folks they will order you another unit. (the unit can't be repaired) they will mail you back the disks that were stuck in the unit. i have had to have it replaced twice. the first time they included a little note asking me not to put in my home burned cd's. the second time they were all commercial disks. they are very nice about it but the whole unit must be replaced.

Thanks for your post. I had problems once with
a " home grown'" disk but it had a paper label on
it. Finally got it out with a little help from a small
pocket knife. This no disk message problem is
a whole new ball game. So this week we go to
the Lexus Dealer and hope the have one in stock.

It's not a good idea to put your own labels on CDs you burned yourself. Use a marker, such as a Sharpie to identify your CD. In fact, use the same Sharpie that you used to color the tab on the grill that held the Lexus badge you removed.
