I have a problem with my ML with Navigation. The volume gets stuck. Also cant change tracks. Has anyone had this problem? The dealer said need to change the amplifier.

 

does anyone know anything about this. Is it because I installed the vaistech unit for ipod or is this a common problem.

 

I had a problem with my stereo, the head unit was inoperable. Dealer said need a new head unit, I said BS. Took out the head unit, unplugged it and plugged it back in, works perfectly now. Try that and see if that fixes the problem.

 

The dealer said it has a faulty seminconductor in amplifier assembly. They ordered new audio amplifier assemby. also I'm under warrenty on this.
