So I had a shop do my timing belt and water pump, and now I have a rough idle, when driving i feel it slightly lag then go often, when I rev it stutters at first, and also vibrates when I take off or rolling at 2-5 mph. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
My money is on timing. When I bought my 400 it ran like s***. It had a new timing belt but the half *** mechanic didn't set the timing correct. Had it adjusted and everything is great. Easy to tell. Pull the cam covers off and you will see a timing mark on each cam. Take a socket and breaker bar on the crank and turn the engine to top dead center. Your timing marks should be at 10 and 2 o'clock as you look from the front of the engine. May need to turn the engine crank over a second time to make sure you are on top dead center.

Just below and to the left of the crank pulley you will see a timing mark / gauge. It has tick marks and the numbers 1,2, 0. Turn the crank until the mark on the gauge is on "0". Then check your timing marks on the cams. If they are off I would make the guy who changed the belt fix it. Remember to crank it two twice to make sure you are truly at top dead center.
