Default Passenger side window/lock problem

ok two things, driving my car out of work rolled by windows down,. parked at the bank rolled them up then down. parked at home windows wont go up. i check for noises no noise when i press the up buttom on either side. there is only like a little click when i press down on the passanger side. i think its not the regulator because that means i should be able to move the window ?

next i found 2 unplugged harnesses. they lead from the window switch on the passanger side to the tip of the door near the very tip of the door farthest from the hinge. anyone know where these go? pictures would help..

harnesses are gray and white, white being smaller then the gray i believe, also i broke the regulator and pushed my window up manually to get it to close, the window has capability of going down but not up, idk why lol

i looked for harnesses for the white and gray but couldnt find anywhere to connect them my guess is they were cut =(

check this out guys! two harnesses were disconnected went to the junkyard and got them and reconnected them

disconnected...

connected

okay so this lets me now unlock the driver door by turning the key on the passanger door. lets me control door lock on passanger side with both switches.

got a new motor for my window, it goes down but not up just as my current one. ?! wtfudge is going on?!?!?!
