Default LED Guru's I need a little help

What lights do you order for replacing lights that are soldered in. I've replaced the climate control LCD but also have two of the back lights not working. This isn't the twist out for the buttons. Its the three that are directly behind the LCD. I've searched and can't find the exact answer.

Check out this thread I made years ago. This is a cheap alternative, but I do not recommend it. Although I still have the same bulbs in my climate. I am sure there are some other better brighter bulbs, or LEDs.

Seen that one. I can get a led bulb pretty much any where. I'm just wanting to know which ones don't give giant hot spots. I remember there was a thread not long ago but now i can't find it.
