Default LED Load Resistors?

Does anyone know if we need to use the load resistors with the LED bulbs? I tried to switch out the corner lights (nike lights) and it doesn't work. I know the LED bulbs are polar sensitive and I have turned it around and it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated.

u sure the bulbs are still good???
what kind of bulbs are you trying to use???

i don't think you're really going to need a resistor to use them...

from my understanding, resistors are only placed there to trick the car into thinking there's a non-LED bulb in the socket, since it's expecting the electrical draw to be the same as a non-LED bulb. without a resistor, the LED should still light up but the car may throw an error code. i don't think that's the case for the corner lights on the LS, though

resistors would typically be needed for turning lights, that go on and off in a sequence. The Nike lights dont do that they are either on or off. If your not getting anything to work even if you flip them around then you may have bad bulbs, or check the metal wire if you have a plastic base on your LEDS, sometimes that gets moved around and then cant contact the socket connection cleanly

yeah, i was gonna say flip them around also..also make sure the wire lead at the wedge part of the bulb is not messed up to where it can't make contact. try them in another similar bulb location to make sure you don't have a DOA bulb
