The only reason why I do not recommend using these bulbs is because they are pretty dim compared to OEM bulbs. Don't get me wrong, they do the job, but I noticed that these bulbs are about half as dim as the factory bulbs. I replaced all 3 of the bulbs behind my climate lcd screen.

So if you are on a budget, go ahead and spend the $4 for a pack of 4 bulbs. Climate LCD bulbs from the dealer cost about $14 EACH and they need to be soldered in. The radio shack bulbs also have wimpy gauged wires which make soldering a pain because they bend so easily.

I'll just wait til one of these burn out and I will go with LED or OEM bulbs.
