I know there are the hyper blink/brake light indicator if you go the other way around (92-97) how about the opposite swap? anything else to worry about besides the hole alignment? anyone care to chime in? I'm really not a fan of these 97 tails... I think id rather sell them and customize some 92s instead of opening these up

well the way i see it is all stock tails are hideous. I have 97s on my car... and a set of 92s beside my desk just sitting there.


I can either sell the 97s for close to 300$ and spend a few hours working on these 92s, or i can spend a few hours on these 97s and have no gain at all.

both lights are ugly stock, but imo both of these are an equal improvement...thus an extra 280 wouldnt hurt at all

personally the 92-94 are my favorite. the 97's are hideous in my opinion.

 

Those smoked 97s are where its at imo. You can still sell the 92s after for a couple bucks

 

A lot of people hate the 97's because of the chrome ring on the inside. I think 97's look great when you black out the chrome trim like the image greens14 posted.

I have a set of 95's and 97's just in case I get bored from time to time. Not to mention when inspection time comes around the 95's are handy to get rid of the indicator light

 

well for one i dont think you would have any problem selling those 97's... many guys would jump at the chance to have those. get em up for sale

 

slaughter some 97+ with a big smile on your face! you can make the ones ScottURnot did. Or do 95 lens over 92 housing.

We're on the same page fellas! So back to the original question! I won't have to worry about about any indicators or hyper blink going from 97 to 92s?!

 

You might have to, because the 92 harness is totally different with less bulbs than the 97+
