anyone with long-term use of this stuff--does it fade or stain? safe to use on seats?

if done properly, it can last as long as the original. preparation is key though, if you do not prep it right, it wont last a day. be sure to top coat with a gloss/low gloss clear when finished.
there are a couple threads on proper leather refinishing here and you can probably find more info on youtube or other internet portals.

Maybe an odd question, but does the SEM spray leave that nasty paint smell behind in the interior?

I just know that I've been in cars that have painted interior and it's always smelled like a bottle of white-out. It's the only reason I haven't done my black/tan combo in my SC.

I've read two or three already, but none said anything about smell. Good to know it won't last. Maybe now I'll be more motivated lol.
