Default identifying bad LCA

just looking for some tips on identifying bad LCA getting ready to put on coilovers and i wanna do everything at the same time...my ride is not terrible in its stock form but it feels a little loose sometime....any pics of bad ones or diagnosis tips would help a bunch

Do you hear creaking noises whenever you're going up speed bumps or driveway ramps?

Place in reverse...and while Moving backwards...jab the brake Pedal with Quick Hits and Check for a Feeling like the cars Frame/Suspension is Moving and shifting.

Works everytime I get in one at work.
Just Buy New SUPRA lca's. they all go bad above 100,000,..sometimes less.
Just Like ball joints on a GS.

cool yea my ride got 146000...and i dont wanna drop it until all of my suspension parts are good since dropping will only create more problems if suspension parts are bad

You are dead on with this method, but just remember, if your front subframe bolts are loose, that will cause a clunk from this exercise too.
