I have a 92 sc300 and it won't start when I try to start it all it does is vibrate and will not turn over any idea what may be the cause ?

I got a tow but I'm in winston Salem think maybe the fuel pump went out

 

When you turn the key to on do you hear the pump?

No don't hear anything would the security system make it so that a guy did something with the key and it started but the security light is not on and it is doing it again

 

so i know it's the fuel pump going bad cause i hit on the top of fuel tank where the pump bolts up and it started i have a question can i use a 255 walbro fuel pump insted of getting a stock one if so i do i have to change anything or is it ok with the stock GE stuff ?

 

can anyone tell me got a guy that will sell me a 255 walbro way cheaper then stock pump need to know
