shaking means its out of balance (cylinder off) check your gaps and makes sure you put the plug wires back in the rite order, keep at it dont give up.

but you need to give more info, our engine isnt hard to diagnose if you know the basics and ask season diy'ers

what kind of plugs did you go with? I know some engines dont like certain plugs. KA24DE will shake if you put in Bosch Platinum 4's. But like mr/griffin said, check the wires and gaps.

I've noticed a bunch of Japanese imports not liking the Bosch plugs. Put whatever the factory had in there before. Densos and NGKs should work just fine.

check to make sure all you wires are hooked up right and the timing is not mixed up. As for the coolant, it might be some leftover coolant from the TB coolant lines when you take them off. Make sure your coolant lines under there aren't leaking.

Sounds like wires are not hooked up correctly.
