Default wheres the spark plugs at

excuse this stupid question but this is my first time owning a lexus so i need to know where the spark plugs are located at. i have a 93 gs300. usually like in other cars the spark plugs are really obvious but i can't seem to find the spark plug for my car any help would be appriciated. i'm planning to change my spark plugs tomorow and put in some denso spark plugs

Simplest way would be to follow plug wires to the top of the cylinder head. Not sure, but you may already have Densos from factory.

Regardless, start the new plugs in BY HAND; it is not too difficult to crossthread a plug if you start it with the plug wrench, and then you will be well and truly screwed!!!!!!

thats where my problem is. i followed all 6 wires and they lead to inside the engine all together. usually each one is suppose to go to a seperate location. but they are just going into the engine in a bunch. HELP

Jmai22,

I think you first have to remove the top engine plastic cover. At least that's what exposes the spark plugs in my car. I have a 98 GS400. I'm not sure if it will be the same in your car but it wont hurt for you to give it a try.
