Oldcrowe, I've had the same problem with my 2007 GX470. It spontaneously locks and I can't get the key to budge, then after I mess with it for a while (take the key in and out of the ignition and turn the wheel if it hasn't locked) it just starts working again and continues to work perfectly for a while. I'm curious, are you still having no problems with yours? The dealer told me he sees a lot of problems with the cylinders and it will be about $400 to fix it.
