Default Can't remove spacer lug help!!

So i'm back in a SC. and the spending begins wtf was i thinking !!! lol

I recently acquired a 5spd '93 sc.
I had some unfortunate events with my lug nuts when i removed it to relocate wire harness.
Long story short all of my studs are stripped. The car has a massive spacer and I need some kind of special tool to remove the nut. to replace the studs.

If anyone can point me in the right direction as to where I can obtain this tool it would be very much appreciated I searched high and low with no results.

here is what it looks like its the one with the 4 dimples thanks.

Ichiba spacers use those lug nuts as well. They suck. The key can break and you are stuck so I contacted them and they sent me a set of small lug nuts that use a 17mm socket.

If it breaks how the hell do i get those nuts out?
I'm sure they haven't been touched since they were installed
Which means more problems to come my way. Certainly I'm screwed.lol
