Default My new 94 SC300

So bit about the car, my dad purchased it 4 years ago from fleebay. Combined between the two of us we put another 20,000 on the car in those 4 years. We have done nothing other than buy tires and routine maintenance and have had no problems with this car. It sounds like this came from the factory pretty bare bones, non cd audio, no sunroof, and manual tilt control. This is going to be my daily driver for the next 2-3 years after that I will start the mods that will have the car out of commission for longer than 24 hours.

Build Principle: This has to be one of the best GT cars ever built. I have no intention of making this a track car. Just a car that I can drive on normal roads quickly and in luxury and style. With that being said I want every component I use to be exactly what I want, no compromises.

HP end goal: 500 hp

Monthly Budget: $250 (if I have extra cash at the end of the month after getting some in savings, trips with the gf, etc that extra will be applied to the car)

Projected build time: 5-6 years

Planned Upgrades:

New seat leathers, New headunit (Apline W505, bluetooth, sat radio, nav, ipod hookups, 6 disc changer, see SSmith's awesome install for my inspiration), Supra TT brakes all around, IS350 wheels, IS300 Steering wheel, Replace door hinges, new dash/climate control lights from lextech, replace dash vent, complete 94 to 97 body kit, HID retrofit, Optima yellowtop with battery relocation to the trunk, new exhaust, lowering kit (either coilovers or supra set up), sway and strut bars, fog light mod, replace/fix non factory sunroof, LSD (thinking again the supra diff), radio antenna redo (s2000), V1 radar detector (with remote display and sound controls), LI HP Quad laser jammers, Escort 9500ci radar detector, homelink mirror, 2JZ-GTE (no idea yet how I plan on building the engine figure I have a while), V160

So from the list above you can defiantly see I have a long, and expensive road ahead of me. Yes it would be cheaper more effective to have started with a 97+ SC but I have a personal attachment with this particular SC so it stays

Ok on with the pictures (sorry the car is dirty just drove from AZ, and its been raining a lot lately in San Anton)

Oh yeah did I mention the non factory sun roof and manual tilt steering wheel lol?

Driver seat needs some TLC/CPR quickly

Sorry for the super long post, comments, questions, and concerns are all welcome!

edit oh yeah included in the cost of the car ($1k) were these

Nice build list, always a good thing to know what you want before you start to throw money here and there. Can't wait to see progress!
