I have some major condensations and oxidations inside and outside (have tried using the plastic cleaner someone recommended on the forum but did not work) with my 2 headlights. Even with the HID kit, it's still quite hard to see at night. I've got a qoute of $1200 to replacement both by the dealer. Are there any HOW TO with pictures and such that someone might have done it before, so I can do it myself rather letting the dealer ripping me off as usual?
MKIV forums has a detailed explanation, you can also find it here with the search function, it involves popping the lights in the oven for a few minutes, they come apart easy after that. If you need more details, let me know. Also, I have a spare set of headlamps, let me know if you wish to buy, I wet sanded and polished them for hours and hours, they are clearer than the mint ones on my car now.
Actually, I went to the Lexus dealer near my house and they qouted me for $387 EACH!!! Oh, I also asked them for the pricing on the foglight housing and they qouted me $217 EACH!

thanks in advance.
Lexussc400.com sells two headlights for $600.00.... It shouldn't be hard to replace them.. Only 3 10mm bolts I think..
