Default help with a problem..(Rattle Sound)

Hey guys.... i just noticed yesterday, when im at a full stop, whenever i tap on the gas pedal, i hear a quick short rattle, Seems like its coming from the timing chain case.
Only does it when i tap on the gas pedal than it goes away.
Any ideas what it could be?
im stumped and have no idea what to do. Thanks guys!

No timing chain in your car, just a belt.

I had a similar rattle with my 97 SC300, it turned out to be a loose heat shield near the cat.

Park your car, lay down next to the passenger side and have someone do the same thing. Try and pin-point the loose part.

It's the accessory belt tensioner. Quickly rev the engine at the throttle body while holding a long screwdriver up to the tensioner. You'll hear it loud and clear.

Mine recently started doing this too.

No problem, just bump the throttle and it'll do it. I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. I haven't checked into it just yet.
