Well, i lost my license about 3-years ago. It was revoked and i was paying a lawyer on a weekly bases but couldnt do it. I lost my job back then and couldnt afford much. Well its time to try and get my license back and make everything ok. I have a warrent out for my arrest, so i think im going to need a lawyer. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do first?

why do you have a warrant??(if u dont mind me asking)

 

I think it was becuase i didnt show up for court when i had my lawyer do all that for me. I dunno, i had a cop friend look me up and there is a warrent in my name.

 

you have to get that takin care of. I think that may be a obstacle to u getting ur license back

 

like lex said get your warrant taken care of first.get in touch with your lawyer you had so he can bring you up to speed with what is going on.

 

I have warrant's in two cities. I payed one of them (in full, mind you) but it's still out...I know, wtf.

The other one just harrasses people and gives tickets for the most idiotic reasons. They are known for it. I'm not paying them a cent. I'll sit in jail and taunt the officers before I pay them.

See what's up w/ your warrant first of all. You don't want to go get your license back and get arrested on the spot. Go from there.
