Is the cop messing around? I have never given a ticket w/o front plate, but I know all my friends who got one were all fined for only $96ish....

It was my first time getting a ticket like this and quite frankly this pisses me off. I don't mind paying $100, but charging me $200 is nuts.

What do you guys think? I wasn't speeding or anything.

 

not sure, i thought it was $109 but the fines could have gone up since then...

 

I've always fought it and gotten off when I had my impreza.

 

ouch!...this does sound high, it's just for the plate no other infractions??...maybe for traffic & ticket office(phone # on ticket) & inquire to cost for this infraction.
