quick water pump?
It actually uses an o-ring to seal against the block. I think the OEM pump comes with the 0ring. Check with Jeff at Champion Toyota in Houston.
Regardless of where it's leaking, either from the early warning seep hole or the o-ring. It's probably time to replace the thing. It's pretty cheap anyhow.

sorry again guys but today while inspecting the car i filled up the radiator to full and drove around for about 5-10 minutes locally and when i got home it was was completely dry but yet the reservoir tank was boiling

you sound to have a multitude of issues. Like Ryan said you have a massive coolant leak. I would start looking at the radiator and check the upper and lower radiator hose. If the water pump is leaking per your original post you are losing pressure in the system so the fluid is not recirculating like it should...which leads to the overheating.
However for you to loose the entire radiator in 5-10 minutes this is a leak that you will be able to spot quikcly. I would refill and look in the engine to see if you see a leak. If not. Turn the car on and see if the water/coolant is spewing out somewhere.
I would be amazed if you are loosing that much through your waterpump leak because if the whole is that big the pressure would not be there to circulate the water...I could be amazed though. My gut feel is that you will hear and see the leak with the engine off.

Look down into the radiator shroud with a flashlight, and check the fins/core. Your radiator could be coming apart under pressure.
You've got some issues..what you could do is fill it up with coolant, and let it idle. Watch the temp & the engine, and as the temp rises(dont let it go full overheated) you should be able to spot your leak.
