so lets say im inside the car and i lock the door the only way i can get out of the car is if i lower the window, put the key in the door and play with locking and unlocking the door for about thirty minutes untill the door unlocks

I tried moving the lock cable further back so that it swings the lever further but still no luck i can lock and unlock the door just fine from the outside its just when im inside the car it acts all crazy and wont unlock any ideas?

 

it sounds like your door lock actuator is shot. same thing happend with me. I picked up a used one online for 80 bucks and installed it myself. works like a charm
