You know what, I just went outside to check out the light in the rain, and whatdayaknow, it's foggy and rain logged inside. I guess if you are going to that repair, make sure you take your time and be very careful. I swore my head off trying to take apart the thing, sticking the light in the oven, getting that messy silicon sealant everywhere, etc ... I'm almost saying now it's just worth the money to buy a new light. I know this kind of rain-in-light stuff is annoying for us Lexus owners who follow the relentless persuit of perfection ...

Skininja and other guys***On the head light repair you have to really take your time and do it right... My driver's side light has been repaired every since I first posted the "Damnnnnnnnn" thread! Thanks Relexin for the info!

I have had no problems at all with fogging/condensation or anything at all on the driver side. On the pass side I had a lil' condesation, so I checked the rubber "L" or "U" shape rubber drain tubes on the back of the headlight. One was broken(I'm not sure if I broke it when I repaired it or what
)... I tried to fix it again.. So I simply drilled a few (8 or 9) holes in the bottom of the housing(in the BLACK part). I use a very small drill bit. Drilled at the back corners(under the signal, park light socket spot).. Also a few in the bottom center about 3" from each other. I also used some silicate to close the rubber hose from the light that was broken(if yours is not broken do not seal off). I tried this on a car of mine before back in the day... It works
Also a member here said they did it in their SC. I forgot who said it. I was about to fix the pass light again and decided to try the drilling technique before I spent another 1.5 hours on the light. the drilling procedure takes 20 mins, start to finish. It has been about 2 months on the drilled light, and all is well so far.***The dealership may have knock off those lil' rubber drain tubes on the back of the lights. It is a BIG coincidence that your headlights are foggy now... Especially if they were not before the removal of the bumper cover... Who knows?!
Good luck...

About the headlights, I had the same problem...But I pretty much ignored it because I'm lazy. And this time, laziness paid off becuase the fogging went away after about 2 weeks, and it hasn't been back...even after car washes and rain!
BTW, my car was repainted too. I had it painted by a body shop who claimed that it was "lexus paint", but I don't think it was. My color seems to be a little darker than the factory color...
I remember somebody said before, "by putting a few grains of rice inside the light which will absorb the condensation"
anyone has tried it yet?
. I am getting the windows tinted soon, a nice green film on all windows, except windsheild, what do you guys think?Phoenix

You mentioned a broken drainage tube ... I remember when installing my re-done light I noticed a cracked black rubber tube coming out from the back of the light, didn't think much of it. Could my problem just be the cracked drainage tube? Thanks ...
