if its just fogging up which one of my lights was doing after I played with it .. you may just need to dry it out and then use some vaseline around the seals where the 3 lights attach. it fixed mine .. the other had a lot of water and I had to open it up and re-seal it, and still fogged until I used the vaseline around the seals ....

It sure could. Use silicon on the tubing and allow it to dry. Hopefully it may be you remedy.
