Where are the jacking points for putting the jack under the soarer. I just tried jacking up the car today and made a massive dent in my front cabin near the accelerator
Theres a rip in the bottom of the car and the floor is all dented up.
My car is lowered, and the jack could not really fit.
Anyway, here are some pics. Should I start to worry?
I tried getting a hammer and hammering the dent out from the inside, it didnt really work though.
ouch! that looks like it hurts..i had that happen once to my friends civic..but instead it left a big fat hole..we just covered it up and i dont know if he got any rust or anything..cuz he ended up selling his car a few months after
That's an interesting problem. I did the same thing to my Honda CRX (this is quite a while ago), but it was only slightly bent, not ripped like yours, so I just sprayed the exposed area with undercoating and lived with it.
I can think of a couple of ways to attempt to fix this (one way involves opening the sunroof!), and I'd be interested to hear how a body shop, if you go that route, repairs it.
heres the thing about lowered cars =p especially wit kits (like mine)... a normal jack wont work haha.. try buying a LOW PRO jack OR.. do what i do.. i use the OEM pyrimad jack and jack the car up high eough so i can fit a regular jack in.. hah double the work but meh beats hacing dents

None of that is necessary.
Just drive the car up on some pieces of wood, elevating it to a normal height.
Here's some "mini-ramps" I made just for that purpose:
