Yea i did all that. i followed bfi 1. but the part where you pull down the flap on the grill of the front bumper they say "The metal strip bars are removed and refitted once the leading edge is down". my problem is i cant find the metal strips and the plastic flap wont go down. any body at all had this problem?

dont worry about the metal strips, and the front bumper might be getting in the way, just pull out the plastic tabs hiolding it in and pull it down and put something in there to hold it down, dont make it more complicated than it really is

should be more niticeable, did you make a heat shield to put on top of the air box and make sure the sides were insulated as well?
