...or retarded.. I do the same, but many times get nothing. There was a guy in a Black '92 with nice headlights... he took off so I followed. He turned out to be a Lexus tech for McGrath and all I had to the chance to ask him about (in traffic) was the year & what kind of lights... he had RX330 Xenons and said it was an easy swap... I want to do that (after I get the yellow out of mine )

Although I do give the nod of approval for sports affiliation... for example I was in Ft. Laud a few weeks ago and bumped into a girl w/ a White Sox cap on. She just looked at me kinda funny. Ohhh well...

ive only seen a few sc's around me, the one that waved to me back is the mother of someone who goes to my school( dont know who) its red with chrome rims and a 97 + bumper but 95-96 tails

 

I got waved @ today, dude in a gold sc with some nice rims on it; pulled up beside me and rolled down the window and said nice car and i need to put some rims on it now(still got temp tag on it) , so i paid back the compliment.

i wouldn't even think about the other car being an SC, unless a car is driving near me in the same direction or next to me at a stop light, i pay little attention to what make and model it is.

i have tried wavin down a few sc's. never seen another young person driving one to this day, so i have never got a wave back. only time i saw a young guy was a parked car with a Army Sniper sticker on the back (presuming that makes him not old).

 

if u guys see me.. u DONT have to wave but it will be appreciated
