Default Code14 Ignition signal

I have a 1992 SC400 and was driving the other day ago and my car just died. The car started back up immediately, but this has happened a few time on me now. The engine code thrown was 14 the Ignition signal code.

What does this mean and how do I fix it? Anyone else had this problem?

First check for a short in wire between Ignitor pin 1 (Yellow/Green) and ECU (under passenger footwell) plug E10 pin 58
Then check voltage between same ECU pin and ground with ignition switch on.. should be 4-6 volts... if not, you need a new ignitor

More information:
Today the car stalled about 8 times while driving. The engine would sound like it wasn't fully functioning and the rpm's would go up, almost stall and go down, and then back up... like it really wanted to go, but then couldn't.

Also when I turned the ignition to get it started again the engine would go, but the second I put my foot on the brake pedal it would stall. I have to start the car in neutral and then pop it into drive to take off without hitting the brake.

I will check what you sugested philauldridge in the morning, thanks, and I hope this new information is helpful to everyone trying to help solve my situation.

OK, so I got two new ignitor's from a friend and just tried to swap those out and nothing, car just keeps turning, but won't start. So I put the old ones back on and the same thing. I checked one of my spark plugs and it looks completely gone so I'm going to try to replace all of those tonight. But in the mean time does anyone have any ideas? PLEASE!!!!!

Sorry but no I never figured it out, I sold it to a friend and he tried for a while then used it as parts. I eventually bought another and she's been running great for years (love the 300's)
