Back Windshield
My back windshield is making a rattling or cracking sound when I drive over imperfect surfaces or whenever the chassis seems to flex. Do you thing my bad windshield is loose? It doesn't leak or anything, but the sound is irritating. I've taken the back interior out trying to find the cause, but the only thing it can be is the window.
Any thoughts?

The car is old so it creaks when the chassis flexes as you stated...I don't know of a fix for this except tearing the car down and rebuilding it all over again replacing all the seals and rubber etc...no one wants to do that so.....buy a new stereo and crank it up to drown out the creaking.
Seriously, that's the only viable solution I came up with because there's no way I'm tearing the car down and replacing all that sound dampening crap in the rear. It is what it is

Take it to a local trim shop. Any local dealer (lexus, toyota, ford, GM) should have a trim shop that thay use for seat covers, conv tops and rattles. At my dealership we use one as do most of the dealers in this area.
