Default Hazy inside windows..........

I'm new to my SC300, and dont drive it everyday, but have notice that the glass inside gets really hazy (dirty like someone has been smoking a ton, but I dont smoke) in the matter of a couple days with the car sitting. I have scrubbed the windows down, car hasnt been driven at ll for a couple days, and finally get in and they seem dirty. Could it be the leather or carpet? I dont have any leaks or anything? I'm stumped. this happen to anyone else?

the haze is usually from the plastics and leather releasing vapors. try cleaning with a good window cleaner and maybe getting a sun shield/screen for the windshield. I used to get this with my old mazda (plastic dash) but never with my SC...

I get that also. My car has been buring a bit of oil outside the motor so I think it could possibly be because of that. I think getting the best glass cleaner would not solve the problem. I just wipe it off with a microfiber cloth every couple of days. Check and see if you are buring oil or something outside your motor. Hopefully this problem goes away for me when I change out my block.

Have you detailed or cleaned your interior lately? Products such as 303 and Armor All emit a "fog" like substance that sticks to glass when it evapourates.

I get that problem too. I've never used any of the plastic cleaners inside or anything. The problem keeps on coming back, that now I just ignore it.
