Default how to change a light bulb?

92 sc300 needs a right front turn signal bulb replacement. I figured there would be a couple of screws holding the lens on, but, no. How do you change this bulb? Thanks in advance.

If you're talking about the head light bulbs, you can reach them when you pop the hood. Just turn the adapter that holds the bulb in and turn. If you can't turn it, because there is no space, just take take the head light out .

Just reach in through the hood. You don't need to take the lights out. If you are trying to change the passenger side, reach in through the hood all the way by the fender and the harness for the bulb is there. For the driver's side, same thing. You may have to move the battery out of the way to get to that, but probably not. I have mammoth hands and I was able to change both bulbs without moving anything.

Reach in, find the plug on the backside of the headligh that is farthest towards and closest to the fender. Turn it to the left and you will feel it unlock. Pull it out. Twist the bulb (DO NOT PUSH IN AND TWIST, you will ruin the contacts) and pull the bulb out. It's an incandescent bulb, so don't worry if you touch the bulb.

i think he means the indicator light found on 92-96 loc under the main headlight...
well its just like changing the headlight bulb but you will have to take part of the cover of the bumper by the wheel off to change it, just twist and pull out.. not too hard , no screws or anything unless u wanna take the whole light off...

lol...he clearly said TURN SIGNAL....the corners are turn signals.

But if you do mean corner, then follow the above instructions. Go in through the bottom of the bumper though, its easier. Reach up and feel around until you find the plug, then twist and pull.

A lot, especially when you can't tell which bulb the OP is asking about even when he clearly said TURN SIGNAL.

yes....turn signal! i can barely get my fingers on the back of the assembly (reaching from the top) because the air filter box is jammed up against where my hand needs to go. I can't believe it is so difficult to change a bulb. Thanks for replies...yes, how many does it take? More than one (me) thanks to the design.

dont worry. it always takes me forever to change those bulbs..... all you need is an extra elbow.. but if you NEED to change it that bad and cant get back there worth anything (try to get a kid to try first) then you could take the whole light off.. but you will need to take off the wheel cover and have a few extenders for your rench to reach it

thanks for replies....evidently there is no easy way to change the TURN signal bulb...incredible. Imagine what the dealer would charge! "Mr Service Man, could I get my turn signal bulb changed please? "Sure Mr Customer, that will $10 for parts and $85 labor since we have to go in through the gas tank and snake our way up to the front light assembly". I'm tempted to see what they'd charge. Oh well, thanks to all. Glad I found this forum and look forward to participating more.
