Default Door removal

I got a new drivers side door hinge and was about to remove the old hinge when I noted that the door harness passes through the hinge. This means that I will have to remove the harness from within the door or from inside the cabin.
Which side is the harness plugged into? and how difficult is it to get to.

take off the door panel, unplug everything, and you can pull the harness out of the door.

While you have it off - brace up the door panel from the back to regain its structural integrity, somewhat

that harness is about 10 plugs inside the door but only 1 or 2 plugs inside the kick panel (next to the fuses)
you do the math

Great to hear that.
I was hoping I could unplug it from the kick panel but did not get a chance to look at that. I sould get to the garage on Saterday to replace the hinge.
