OK, what am I missing????
Started to replace the front door speakers in my 2005 LS 430. Followed all instructions I could find, then hit a stumper.
The right front speaker mount has a wiring harness attached to it (in addition to the speaker connector) that I cannot figure out how to remove. I suppose I could cut the tie around the harness, but it appears the OEM tie has a clip made into it that attaches to the door sheet metal (not the panel). Also, it appears a harness is attached to the door panel as well.
The previous owner had installed a set of Kickers, so I know the door panel has been off at some point. I'm open to any and all suggestions!
