Need DIY guide to replace door hinge...
Nohing to it. The release plug for the door harness is inside the kick panel on a junction below the fuse box, you'll see it. The rest is bolts that are pretty obvious
.
.
I am assuming you're trying to re-align the door and stop the squeaking, right? This is a two-person job from what I understand. How do plan on tackling this. Very interested.
Its not as hard as it seems, i've done it myself. Just have a bucket under neath so you can set the door on something. You do have to get that harness out like OLT said, but after that, just unbolt (I believe its a 12mm or 14mm), pop the door off, replace hinge, install.
Does it necessary to unplug the harness when i remove the door? can i just keep it in place? then replace with new hinge. Anybody know the specific bolt n tool to do this job? i kinda do-it-myself n lack of tools.
