Default Should I buy this Sc??

Its a 94 SC400 for 5500 obo..
the thing is its 230xxx miles w/ lifetime warranty .. what does lifetime warranty on a sc cover?
the seller says its clean title and she just got a new paint pob done
Im planning on checking it out this weekend but before I do ...
Im wondering is it really worth checking out? (the 230xxx miles kind of worry me)
Also what should I be looking for (common problems)
I would really appreciate help

5G's with 230k miles is kinda high. and definitely find out about this "lifetime warranty"... that would be a great deal depending on whats covered.

It's not "great" but reasonable.

You might be able to do better than that but I don't think it's too bad.

I went to Autotrader.com and did a search on 94s only, with any distance and found a couple.

1994 Lexus SC400
Mileage: 189,500
Price: $4,900
Color - White

1994 Lexus SC400
Mileage: 116,000
Price: $4,995

1994 Lexus SC400
Mileage: 210,000
Price: $5,900

Of course I don't know the condition of these cars and how far thy are from you but this gives you an idea that there are some bargains out there.

Good luck in your search.

Ask yourself how much money do I want to spend? When you come up with an answer then look for any year from 92-2000. Be patience and you should be able to find a great car with little or no isses.

the seller said "lifetime warranty"... so if he meant the entire car is covered forever for 5500?... then yes it is a "great" deal. but i know its not the case.

lifetime doesn't mean forever.. lifetime can be one day, lifetime can be one year, lifetime can be 5 years..

lifetime warranty means the warranty has a lifetime, not the lifetime of the car
