Default Drivers Door Lock Solenoid Problem!!

My door lock stopped working, I hear it clicking when I press unlock and lock. But It will not budge. Seems like I have a bad SOLENOID...

I took the whole assembly out, took me forever... tried to open up the BLACK BOX that holds the SOLENOID... it is impossible.

Do I need the whole assembly, dose anyone have one? Please e-mail aeropartz@hotmail.com

Does the door open from both the inside and outside and does it open with the key in the keyhole ?

Same here, its just the mechanism getting stiff, try greasing it up with WD40 or some kind of multi purpose stuff, or better yet as has been mentioned and happened to me, wait a week and it may cure itself
