is there any other way to get the 97+tail light sockets other than buying them from the dealership, i spent all my money on the lights thinking the sockets would just plug and play but it proved me wrong and im trying to avoid spending the extra money for the factory harness, thanks...any toyotas got that kind of socket???

the light socket for the 97 tail is slightly smaller than the 92 style...

 

??????? Try again...Its the same plug...

 

the light bulb socket not the actual power plug that goes inside the vehicle...

 

When I ordered my 97+ taillights, they came as a ready to plug and play unit. It couldn't be easier to swap. Very straightforward and I recommend.

 

your gonna need to get the 97+ harness with bulbs since the 97+ tailights uses one less bulb than the earlier models.

 

i thot tail lights came with the harness.
it shud be only like $30 difference to buy them with the harness.

 

where can i get it for a $30 buck difference???
