Got the newer lights, and a 97 brown module (on the left side). And now I have hyper blinkers and the taillight indicator on my cluster

Do I need anything else? I searched and only found post saying I needed the module.

okay, i did more searching and figured out the module is only a fix for 95-96 cars. 92-94 cars aren't so easy.

wish i could be more helpful, but did the 97+ tail lights come with wiring harness and did they connect directly onto the pre 97 cars?

just have to put a resistor in somewhere to get rid of the hyper blink (would that turn off the tail light indicator lamp as well)?

what is the module you speak of on the 95 cars? is it like an adapter between the wiring harnesses to elimiate hyper blinking?

when you buy the taillights new, you have the option of buying just the lens housing, or lens housing and harness. i opted for lens and harness. the 97 taillights use a different number of bulbs and different types of bulbs. so using the old harness, doesnt work. unless you want to hack it up. the 97 harness plugs into the car the same as the older ones.

yeah, i'm assuming it will turn off the light indicator too. hopefully...

there's a taillight module in all SCs. three types. 92-4, 95-6, and 97-00. each control the taillights (telling the car when one is broken). its a 2"x3" box located next to the power antenna.
